2nd movie....

i think this is going to be long so read on if u are interested.

was chatting with zy through sms in the morning while at work. she told me she was supposed to work today, but changed her mind coz she's lazy. so i thought maybe i have a slim chance of asking her out. but she said she is accompanying her mum on a shopping trip.

continue working. it was bz for the whole afternoon(from 1pm to 3pm). kind of crazy. suddenly, ophelia(my asm) passed me the phone(nobody would call me at the outlet btw). i was wondering who could that be. it turned out to be zy. she called after leaving me an sms which i did not see(i dun carry my hp when working). she says she got the time and ask me if i still want to watch a movie. i got nothing on later so i juz agreed. we arranged to meet at raffles city bk.

took a short stroll over to raffles city. got held up by work as it was juz to bz for me to peel myself away from the bar. reached bk slightly later than i promised. keke...

zy was reading her mag which she juz bought to see wat movie to watch when i got there. she passed me a bag which she had juz bought for me. the bag is in black and had a piece of gold colored leather on the side. she say its to thank me for helping her with her computer the day b4.

nothing seems to be interesting as we go through the mag and we ended up deciding to watch transformers.

curious abt her sudden turnabout, i quizzed her abt it. turns out that after her shopping trip, her mum had to leave for other appt and dropped her at raffles city. and since she is here, might as well go watch a movie. as we chat, she suddenly mentioned about going over to find alicia, since we have to passby tcc.

initially we didn't want to alert any of our colleagues(other than alicia since zy only wants to see her) abt our presence but juz happen that mj spotted me from behind the cashier. so no choice have to go in.(i would look very unfriendly if i didn't.) upon seeing zy, mj chatted with her and they took quite a while. after saying bye with my colleagues(and her ex-colleagues), we procced to marina to buy tix for the movie. as i had forgotten to go to the atm 1st, i took a few dollars from her 1st to pay for the tix. paid her as soon as we walk out of the ticketing area as the atm was juz nearby. we walked ard the mall since there was still like 45 mins b4 the start of the movie.


we spent some time at mini toons and action city as she wanted to find this cute mushroom toy in red. 45 minss up and we went back to the cinema. once inside, her mum called her. it was raining and she is worried abt how zy is going home later. according to zy, her mum will be coming to fetch her after the movie as she dun feel safe for her to go home alone.

the movie was nice and i didn't expect her to find it nice as i tot girls dun like action movies. she enjoyed the movie very much and especially like bumblebee the most. (maybe its the color.) as we made our way out from the cinema, we realised it was still raining. she called her mum and apparently, her mum decided to slack at home... (maybe she couldn't peel herself away from the tv or couch?) and since she is not coming, zy suggested going to look for the bumblebee action figure. i agreed and off we walked to suntec as we feel the chance of finding it would be greater. we did find bumblebee at carrefour but to her disappointment, it wasn't the 1 she had wanted(camaro 08 ver looks better!). next we went a floor up to toys 'r' us. she found a small bumblebee toy which cost less than $10. but i feel that it looks like those u get from the tekam machines and not worth the price. i can see she was disappointed by that but took my advice.

as we are heading towards the mrt station, we past by tcc again. for some unknown reasons, she wants to go in again. and as usual, all my colleagues were bz. so i help out to wash the glasses while zy sat down at one of the tables(waiting for people to be free and talk to her maybe?) after a while, i can see that she is bored as nobody has time for her(hahaha.) she wanted to leave already and i left the place with her.

it was crowded in the train and we had to stand until we got to aljunied where we get to sit down. we continue to talk until we reached bedok and changed to a bus to get to her place. i walked her to her door b4 leaving for home. it was almost 12am already but luckily, the last bus is still available.

really surprised when she gave me the bag as i didn't expect her to do that. and really happy when she agreed to go to the movies with me agin. hope there will be another time
